Known for her calm and patient nature, Abigail was just 17 when she started working with Dean Gera, and instantly she felt that with this company she would be able to grow in her profession. The thing she most loves about hairdressing is that she is able to make her clients look and feel good. In her free time she enjoys cooking, making memories with her loved ones, and spending time with her dog.

Always zen and always with a smile, Ned's scissors, combs and colours are always ready for a transformation at our Embassy Valletta salon.

Ned started working with Dean Gera in 2016 after a classmate in his hairdressing course suggested he apply. Ned feels that he has grown so much not only in his technical skills, but also personally. Hairdressing gives him exciting daily challenges and keeps him motivated, driven and fulfilled. An added bonus for him is the great conversations he gets to have with his clients throughout the day. In his spare time Ned loves going to the gym, taking his dog on a long walk or hanging out with friends.

She started as an apprentice and now she's a little hair goddess working from our Corinthia Attard and Phoenicia salons.

Nirvana's hair journey commenced at the age of 13, fuelled by an immense passion for hair. Her daily mission within the salon is to create soft blends and craft beautiful, low-maintenance hairstyles. She is able to troubleshoot hair issues and turn challenges into solutions, approaching each client's hair with precision and striving for nothing less than perfection. A fan of things being orderly, she admits to finding it harder to work when surrounded by mess, which is why her section is always wonderfully tidy. When not with a bowl of colour in her hands, she enjoys baking, reading, watching a good series or listening to a great podcast.

Sandhya views Hairdressing as more than just a job. For her, it’s a creative outlet! She loves experimenting with new styles, colours, and techniques, and nothing makes her happier than helping someone feel amazing about their hair.

This creative Cuban from our Phoenicia salon is always cool, calm and collected and loves being tasked with a great colour or short haircut.

Leandro, better known as Leo, came to Malta in 2019 all the way from Cuba where he was born and raised. He was looking for a new adventure and a change of scenery, and he fell in love with the island. Hairdressing allows him to express his creativity and make people happy; transforming someone’s appearance and boosting their confidence with a fresh style. He is friendly, outgoing and passionate and his ultimate goal at work is to have his clients walk out of the salon happy. When he's not at work he enjoys video games, a game of football or a good comedy show.

Mariah loves haircuts and extensions. She enjoys creating transformations through beautiful cuts and seamless extensions, giving her clients' hair that looks incredible and makes them feel confident from the inside out.

Casey is passionate about helping people feel confident and beautiful through their hair. She really enjoys extensions, wavy blowouts, and creative colour transformations. Casey aim to create a friendly and welcoming experience, ensuring clients enjoy their time in the salon while delivering looks that reflect their personality and enhance their natural beauty.

Desiree is driven by the thrill of creating something new — whether that’s a fresh cut, a thoughtful style, or a colour correction that brings hair back to life.

Eria is passionate about creating beautiful, customised colour from rich red tones to luminous blondes, whether soft and warm or cool and vibrant. Her expertise includes precision haircuts, with a particular love for bobs and layered styles. She believes layers can completely transform a look by adding volume, movement, and confidence, making every hairstyle a statement.

Eria takes pride in providing a welcoming and inclusive environment where every client feels comfortable and heard. Listening to her clients’ ideas and concerns is at the heart of her approach.
