I started my journey with Dean Gera Salons in 2017 and since then I have grown as a stylist and, more importantly, as a person. The weekly training that was offered to me in my first years with the company made me the stylist that I am today because I learned how to be professional and how to understand what the client wants. A good team is very important to me and I can say with confidence that we have one. Furthermore, every event organised by the company is always great fun and something to look forward to where we got to relax and bond with our colleagues outside of work.
