DEPOSIT & CANCELLATION POLICY
A 50% deposit is required to secure your appointment and will be applied toward your total service cost.
Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 48 hours before your appointment to transfer your deposit to a new date or receive a refund.
Deposits for cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance are non-refundable.
No-shows or same-day cancellations will forfeit the deposit entirely.
We appreciate your understanding as this policy helps us manage our schedule and provide the best service to all our clients.
LATE ARRIVALS POLICY
We firmly believe in the value of your time and make a conscious effort to avoid long waiting periods in the salon. Likewise, we trust that you will value our time and that of our other clients. Your tardiness to your appointment can affect the remainder of our stylist’s day and our services by delaying them for their clients who come in on time. Out of respect for our clientele, services for clients arriving more than ten minutes late will be honoured only at the discretion of management. Please, always call if you even think you might be late; we would rather know as early as possible so we can do our best to fit you in without upsetting the flow of our day.

CANCELLATION POLICY
As we are sure you can appreciate, when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice we lose the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and clients on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive our services. We kindly ask that any changes or cancellations are made by phone on 22297000 within 48 hours of your scheduled appointment.
Cancellations will not be accepted via e-mail, facebook messenger or SMS, or any other medium.
NO SHOW, NO CALL POLICY
If a client fails to call and adjust or cancel their appointment, this will be considered a ‘no show’ and we reserve the right to refuse further appointment requests from that client. Any appointment that is cancelled without the requested 24 hours’ notice will also be considered as a no show in terms of this policy, and any deposit paid for that appointment will be forfeited.

At Dean Gera we value your personal data and will take great care to protect your privacy and confidentiality.
We will handle all your personal data in the way set out in the General Data Protection Regulation (EU Regulation 2016/679) and solely for the scope of providing you with those services you require of us, and will only be kept for that time that you remain a regular customer of our salons.
